1) Frantoio: intense with hints of green apples, fresh cut grass & peperonico
2) Leccino: delicate fruit & herbal notes
3)Moraiolo: Vegetale notes of fig leaf & artichoke with peperonico & green fruit
4) Olivastra: delicate notes of citrus & fresh cut grass.
