Italian Cultural Classes

Summer Period begin June 3rd thru August 5th

104 – Introduction to Italian Level 4

Classes are held every Saturday from 9:45 to 11:15 a.m., 10 weeks, 1.5 hr per week

301- Intermediate Italian Level 1

Classes are held every Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., 10 weeks, 1.00 hr per week

Nadia, a certified Italian instructor, will be your teacher. Please contact the America-Italy Society at or call 215-735-3250 for enrollment, placement tests, and more information.

Cost is $200 plus the cost of the book (Arrivederci 1 or Arrivederci  2 depending on the class)

Italian Gastronomical Cultural School

Join us each week as we talk about the history, tradition, and culture of a featured Italian city. Our discussions will be accompanied by special regional fare and wine that reflect the unique characteristics of each city.

Nadia, along with one of the knowledgeable staff of the Gran Caffe L’Aquila, will be your tour guide through the rich cultural and gastronomical history of each city.

Classes are held on selected Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM

Classes will be conducted in English with many parts in Italian.
