National Prosecco Day is kicking off SPRITZ WEEK at Gran Caffe L’Aquila!
It’s gonna be a week filled with some sparkly deliciousness……
Prosecco & Venice are intertwined culturally for its contribution as a sparkling Aperitivo, but just as much for its ability to be the foundation for some of the worlds best cocktails.
We’re kicking off the Spritz week festivities on Monday August 13th w/our “Summer in Venice” menu feat. our Spritz Bar & Classic Prosecco Cocktails that will run thru August 19th…
The Spritz menu will feature The classic Aperol Spritz and Hugo, as well as our exclusive new Spritz’s feat. flavors such as Grapefruit, Negroni & Riccardo’s own refined & elegant spritz recipe called “The Gran Spritz” with Prosecco & Amarone Wine & last but not least an artisanal citrus tonic spritz plus classic Prosecco cocktails such as the Bellini, Rossini, Sgroppino which will feature gelato Champion Stefano Biasini’s Lemon Sorbetto!
Featuring Riccardo Longo’s authentic recipes garnered in in his travels to Venice such as Carpaccio, Homemade Bigoli Pasta, Seppie Risotto and Authenic Cicchetti paired along with the classic Prosecco based cocktails as well as wines from the region…
We have also converted our SIPS program, to “SIPS SPRITZ” , where we will offer an exclusive list of expertly crafted Prosecco based Spritz cocktails to guests at SIPS prices, every Wednesday, the whole month of August!
And last but not least, we’re co-hosting an Authentic Venetian Aperitivo event w/Aperol Spritz launching our new Spritz menu!
