Bodrato’s signature chocolate, the Boero Cherry Shot. Bodrato’s use entire cherries dipped for several months in the Dolcetto d’Ovada Grappa, termed ‘drunken cherries’. They are then dipped in Bodrato’s signature chocolate to create an alcoholic, liquid, cherry, chocolate experience like no other. This isn’t your ordinary cherry cordial.

Garbagna is a charming village nested in the hills of Piedmont, well-known for its extraordinary cherries since ages. The “Bella di Garbagna” cherry is the masterpiece of the local production. It is the classic “Ciresa” (“Cherry” in our dialect) suitable to be soaked in alcohol.
Sweet and crunchy it preserves perfectly in alcohol, without flaking and maintaining its consistency and flavor. The “Bella di Garbagna” is nowadays a Slow Food Presidium and the main ingredient for our Boeri.

The roots lie in the production of the Piedmont passion for food, at the height of its quality. The well-known Bodrato’s Boero chocolate enhanced by the Bella di Garbagna(Slow Food Presidium cherry), the Giandujotto prepared according to the original recipe without milk, but instead the Praline enriched with the Mint of Pancalieri.

In the Matcha Tea Praline, the Piedmont chocolate blends with the scents of the East, the flavor of the Maldon salt crystals harmoniously balance the sweetness of the “Cremino”, the aromas of exotic fruit and of the spices garnish our so called chocolate bars.
