Culinary and cultural classes have begun at Gran Caffe L’Aquila, at 1716 Chestnut Street in center city.  Founding partner Riccardo Longo says his mission to immerse guests in Italian culture.

“Every Wednesday and Saturday, a native from Italy will come in and give a full demonstration of different dishes that we make as well as a full cultural immersion,” he notes.
