ORGANIC HONEY COLLECTION, Brezzo
Brezzo began in the 1940s, when Grandfather Gervasio cycled through the valleys of Cuneo with his beehives, harvesting pristine mountain honey. His passion inspired his brother Carlo, and together they became pioneers of bee nomadism in Italy—moving hives to follow the best blossoms. For over fifty years, Brezzo has created exceptional honeys that reflect the richness of their homeland, later expanding into fine jams, preserves, nuts, candies, and cakes.
In the 2000s, third-generation Andrea and Fabio Brezzo joined the family business, carrying its tradition forward with innovation, creativity, and deep respect for nature.

QUARANTA NOUGAT STICK, Quaranta
The slice of berries soft nougat cake from Quaranta is a traditional Italian torrone made from premium quality honey, egg whites, and sugar. This fruity delight is elevated by a delicious cream of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. The crunchy texture and nutty flavor of almonds and hazelnuts are contrasted with the refreshing, tart flavors of berry cream, making this torrone unexpectedly delicious dessert treat.
Torrone is an Italian confection, a type of nougat traditionally made from honey, sugar, and egg white. There are a lot of theories about how, when, and where this delight was first created. Some say it's a European take on traditional Arabic turun, a similar sweet. However, according to the most famous story, it was invented for a wedding in 1441. It's believed to be shaped after the Torrazzo tower, hence the name.
The history of Quaranta began in 1924 in Caravaggio, when Antonio Quaranta and his wife Alzira dedicated their lives to creating the most luscious nougat and other sweets typical of the Cremonese and Bergamasca confectionery tradition, including cotton candy, traditional torrone, crunchy nougat with carob honey.
