Pastificio Astorino was born in 2002 in an agricultural area, where nature expresses its diversity of favorable climatic conditions and in the conformation of the very fertile land and in a context rich in tradition and innovation. The use of durum wheat semolina and craftsmanship are the fundamental elements that have allowed us to obtain the best quality results in the production of fresh and dry pasta.
Pasta is an art, in our case an art that was born and developed in the natural environment of the Marquisate of Crotone. An area characterized by vineyards, olive groves, woods and an abundance of water: all ideal conditions for producing excellent grain and therefore an excellent product.
