Spaghetti- Gentile Gragano
Organic Spaghetti from the spiritual home if pasta making in Gragnano, near Napoli. Pastificio Gentile is one of the artisan factories that have made the city of Gragnano famous all over the world for its pasta. All stages of production respect tradition: from bronze dies extrusion to slow drying at low temperature according to the ancient "Cirillo Method". The raw material used is strictly Italian, coming from the regions of Southern Italy where the best wheat has always been grown. The high-quality semolina and the care in the realization of each single shape allow us to obtain a precious pasta, kept in a package that we wanted to be recyclable with paper, convinced that the protection of the environment is an invaluable value to preserve over time.

Pomodori Piennolo grazie DOP is a small, pear shaped, deep red tomato that is so uniquely flavorful it has its own DOP designation. Gentile Yellow Tomatoes DOP
These small, sweet tomatoes are grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil near Mt. Vesuvius. Their yellow color makes for a beautiful presentation, especially when used on pasta or pizza. Their flavor is not only sweet but also decadently complex
Gentile Molino Durum Wheat Flour
This Organic Semolina Flour made with only 100% hard durum wheat grown locally near Gragano is the key ingredient needed to make homemade pasta like a nonna. This organic and GMO free semolina has the unique flavor of Campania hard durum wheat that makes for an exceptional pasta.
Cilento DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A beautiful olive oil from Riccardo Longo’s Nonno’s area of Campania, Italy. Produced below the Amalfi coast in the Parco Nazionale del Cilento. A blend of local olives which has been produced for well over 2500 years in this area.
