The perfect combination of the fresh notes of cucumber and the pungent notes of ginger creates a delicate gin made extraordinary by the infusion of clitoria ternarea flowers which give it an incredible blue color. (the blue infusion turns purple in contact with acidic liquids).
For mixing 700 ml of gin
Fill the bottle with 700 ml of gin, vodka or another clear grappa Leave everything to infuse overnight or better yet a whole day. Filter and consume as is or as the base of a cocktail.
Ingredients: juniper berries, dehydrated cucumber pieces (23.5%), ginger fragments (17.5%), clitoria ternarea flowers.
