Gran Caffe L'Aquila utilizes the swiss water method for decaffeination of our coffee beans. This is an all natural process that removes the caffeine from the beans before they are masterfully roasted in house by award winning roaster Stefano Biasini.

Our artisanal ownerships has personally selected blends of premium coffee beans from three continents to produce an authentic, balanced & perfectly structured Italian coffee.
