Description: Firm, slightly nutty and a hint of floral aromas of ripe, predominantly red berries with a hint of dried herbs and citrus zest, leathery nuances, hints of tomato and a hint of tar. Tart, juicy, clear fruit with a noticeable acid bite and quite present, fine sandy, still slightly drying tannins, again herbal aromas and a hint of citrus zest, good persistence, ashy traces, some pepper and smoke, a little coffee grounds in the background, gains in juiciness with air, very good, still slightly drying finish.
