The process is done, entirely, by hand respecting the old production steps, which guarantee the high quality of highest quality of the finished product. Crunchy and light with a delicate taste, these cantucci are ideal to finish a meal with sweetness.
You can taste them in the classic variations characterized by a high presence of whole shelled almonds. You may also try the revisited versions, combined with Pistachio, Orange or Figs.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, whole roasted hazelnuts 11%, fresh eggs, chopped roasted hazelnut 8%, hazelnut cream (Hazelnut Piemonte PGI 50%, cane sugar, lean cocoa, dried whole milk, hazelnut oil, concentrated butter (strong>milk), natual Bourbon vanilla extract, soya lecithin) 5%, glucose-fructose syrup, butter (milk) 2%, raising agents, cocoa powder, sea salt, natural vanilla flavoring. Produced in a plant which also processes: soya, nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuls, and walnuts).
