The olive oils will all be specially selected DOP Olive oils that tell the story of their territory or small batch extra virgin olive oils from wineries that Riccardo endorses that send a limited production to the United States (wineries in Italy produce some of the best small batch olive oil in the world!) Some of these extra virgin olive oils will be exclusive to our program and not even listed on our web site.
