Description: Prà's Amarone della Valpolicella, the grapes (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta) are dried in a fruttaio for 2 months, fermented, aged in barriques and tonneaux for 2 years, then assembled and aged for a further year in large barrels, resulting in a rich, dry red wine with notes of dried fruit
