DESCRIPTION
The genepy is an alpine plant that grows above 2000 meters, at the limits of the glaciers. It has been harvested for centuries because, despite being small in stature, it is extremely fragrant and, following drying and infusion in alcohol, gives a delicious aromatic and invigorating liqueur.
HOW TO USE
- Pour approximately 600ml (up to the bottle neck) of a good spirit (grappa, vodka, gin or other) into the bottle, then cap.
- Shake the bottle vigorously for a few minutes.
- Leave everything to macerate for about 20 days in a cool, dark environment, shaking the bottle from time to time while keeping it tightly closed.
- Filter the liqueur obtained into a bottle
