The Solo Calabria Calabrian Whole Chili Peppers are vibrant, sun-ripened chili peppers grown in Calabria, Italy, and preserved whole in sunflower oil with vinegar and salt.

Le Crocette are a traditional Calabrian delicacy from Italy. Crocette, which translates to "crosses," are named for their distinctive cross shape. This is achieved by artfully arranging four dried figs, often stuffed with nuts, like almonds, walnuts, or in this specific case, hazelnuts, and sometimes flavored with orange zest. The stuffed figs are then baked to enhance their flavors and textures. F.lli Marano has been crafting these sweet treats since 1930, using a secret recipe passed down through generations. Their artisanal approach involves hand-processing the figs, a tradition preserved as no machines can replicate the specific steps involved.
