Spaghetti- Gentile Gragano
Organic Spaghetti from the spiritual home if pasta making in Gragnano, near Napoli. Pastificio Gentile is one of the artisan factories that have made the city of Gragnano famous all over the world for its pasta. All stages of production respect tradition: from bronze dies extrusion to slow drying at low temperature according to the ancient "Cirillo Method". The raw material used is strictly Italian, coming from the regions of Southern Italy where the best wheat has always been grown.
