North Italy: Riviera Ligure (Imperia, Liguria)

An olive from paradise. This is the typical lighter yet amazingly structured extra virgin olive oil that comes from the Italian Riviera. This olive oil is made with the Taggiasca olive, which is one of the tiniest olives in size, but known internationally for is structured flavor. This is classic is ideal for salads & seafood

Central Italy: Sabina (Rome. Lazio)

Historic olive oil because it is the 1st DOP olive oil ever established in Italy. The Sabina area is the zone where the ancient Sabine tribe (pre Roman Empire) lived. This area, which runs from Rome to Rieti, is a fertile paradise for Extra Virgin olive oil. Riccardo Longo recommends this olive oil highly because it is one of the most balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oils in Italy.
