Cesare Benvenuto, of the historic and legendary Pio Cesare winery, is flying in from Barolo for this bucket list wine dinner! We will taste through his portfolio from his masterful oak aged chardonnay, rose nebbiolo, Barabera d'Alba, Baraberesco and a very limited Mosconi Cru Barolo for the grand finale. The food pairings by our culinary director, Riccardo Longo, will be typical dishes of Alba from Pio Cesare's family table including the legendary ALBA TRUFFLE! For dessert Gelato Champion Stefano Biasini will create a vertical tasting of Piemonte chocolate gelato which will be paired with Pio Cesare's Barolo Chinato dessert wine. Seating is limited.
