Volcano shaped pasta inspired by Vesuvius, produced in the spiritual home of pasta making, Gragano near Napoli. Pastificio Gentile is one of the artisan factories that have made the city of Gragnano famous all over the world for its pasta. All stages of production respect tradition: from bronze dies extrusion to slow drying at low temperature according to the ancient "Cirillo Method". The raw material used is strictly Italian, coming from the regions of Southern Italy where the best wheat has always been grown. The high-quality semolina and the care in the realization of each single shape allow us to obtain a precious pasta, kept in a package that we wanted to be recyclable with paper, convinced that the protection of the environment is an invaluable value to preserve over time.
