In recent years, we have perfected this recipe , which has never been used for traditional or industrial preparations, which is that of stuffed peppers with tuna.
It is a typical recipe of Italy where you use the chilies round of the local production, which are deprived of their seeds and of their stalk, and then they are boiled into water and vinegar. Peppers are filled with preserved tuna in extra virgin olive oil, capers, spices and aromas, chopped, and then preserved in oil, ready to be consumed as a starter or side dish, or even a snack!
